My Journey
I have been a Massage Therapist for over 25 years, and through treating my clients physical pain, I could see that there was so much more to it.
Generally it was a reflection of what was happening in there lives and the emotions that they were not acknowledging behind it.
I found this to be true also in my own life over the years as my own health was suffering. Medical practioners would just put my constant tiredness, depression, anxiety, stress and other health issues down to being a busy working mum of four small children and there only solution was to go on a lifetime of medication, instead of getting to the cause of what was happening in my body. That wasnt ok with me. I wanted solutions not a band-aid. I wanted to fix what was wrong, not just mask it.
I felt that I was trapped in a life that I hated with no way out. My relationship was very toxic & unhealthy, I had a job that I was being grossly underpaid and taken advantage of, I had no personal boundaries as I was brought up with the belief that to be a good person, you put everyone else first and yourself last. I was constantly trying to please everyone but myself.
My mother passed away in a horrific car accident just before my 22nd birthday. At this time of my life I was married with a small baby and my father was also hurt badly in this accident but thankfully survived. I had 6 younger brothers who ages ranged from 20yrs to 5years of age. I now had extra responsiblities to make sure that they were all taken care of as well at a pivotal point in my life when I was only just starting to navigate my own life as an adult, a partner and a mother. I had shut myself down so completley at my mother's passing and could not even allow myself to cry at her funeral. The result of pushing everyone away and supressing my feelings meant that I put on 30kg of fat in order to feel safe and invisible.
So as my life spiraled out of control, my health was becoming so bad, that I barely had the energy to get out of bed in the morning. I would shower and have to sit down on the bed afterwards as I was so tired. I would cry thinking I don’t know how I am going to get through the day with a full-time job and 4 small children. No one was able to help me except myself.
Then as I hit rock bottom, I began my spiritual journey trying to find my purpose in life, this led me to learn Energy Healing with Chiron Healing, where the principal behind it is that our bodies become what we think and believe. So If our thoughts are negative, eventually our physical bodies will reflect this, and pain and illness will occur.
This was the start of a new life for me and it was what led me to study Kinesiology. For the first time ever, I could process all of the emotions that I had been holding onto that I was previously too scared to express. I learnt so much about myself, why I reacted to certain situations and not others, why certain personality types and situations triggered me, and for the first time in my life, I actually started to love, value and respect myself.
I learnt to be able to set Healthy Boundaries, that it was ok to say no, and to put myself and my well-being first.
Kinesiology is the most amazing healing modality that I have ever come across. It allows us access to our bodies computer system but using muscle testing to tap into the sub-couscous mind to deal with stress; whether this be anxiety, constant tiredness, physical pain, self-sabotage, self love, relationships, cloudy mind or a broken heart.
Our bodies don’t lie, and when we know how to read the messages it it sending us, we can then begin to heal and change our lives to live the life that we deserve.

KINESIOLOGY
Kinesiology Sessions can be conducted either through Telehealth or in person at my clinic in Geelong.
Kinesiology sessions take a holistic approach to health & wellness. They consider the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of a person's wellbeing, providing a comprehensive and personalised approach to healing.
Kinesiology can help to identify imbalances in the body's energy systems, whether physical, nutritional, emotional or spiritual.
By using muscle testing techniques, I can pinpoint areas of weakness or blockages, allowing for targeted treatment and the return of balance.
My approach delves into the subconscious, bypassing the conscious mind to quickly get to the root cause of the problem.
Through various techniques such as acupressure. lymphatic release, EFT tapping, or meridian balancing, kinesiology sessions aim to improve the flow of energy throughout the body.
Whether seeking relief from physical discomfort, emotional stress, or simply wanting to enhance overall wellbeing, Kinesiology can provide valuable insights and support for individuals on their healing journey.

Energy Healing in person Geelong or distance healing, clears away emotional negativity that we store in our Energy Patterns.
This negativity comes from day to day life, stresses, negative words used by us and to us, disapointments, heartbreak and loss. If this negativity isn't cleared away, eventually it moves its way into the physical body, creating discomfort, Illness and dis-ease.
